ACE CLUB

The Ace Club is comprehensive pitching program led by former minor league farmhand Matt Sweeney. Matt will guide each player through in depth programs that will cover all aspects of pitching. The focus on stretching, routines, and proper mechanics will give each player the knowledge on how to become a complete pitcher. Keep a look out for Ace Club camps, clinics and events. Weekend Warriors Open Workouts

Every Saturday Morning

Jackson Baseball/Softball Academy would like to introduce the Weekend Warriors Open Workouts. This program is designed for those players who are looking to put in the extra work and bring their game to the next level. Every Saturday morning JBSA will hold two 90-minute open workouts sessions. During these sessions players will be working on every aspect of the game such as hitting, pitching, and fielding. Sessions will be run in station format where each player will get as many repetitions as possible during each drill. These workouts are open to everyone and no prior registration is required.
